Groupon and our BFF&E Derek have a lot in common, well one thing in common: they both have an amazing ability to find incredibly disturbing and/or hilarious photos in order to foist them on unsuspecting potential customers (Groupon) and friends (Derek). What could be a better way to start the day than to watch five minutes of Nicholas Cage, esteemed actor of such silver screen gems Ghost Rider and The Sorcerer's Apprentice (I kid, I kid, Moonstruck was a-ok), losing his shittttttttt.

This video has it all and it combines my favourite things: maniacal laughter, bear costumes and montages; if I were Oprah this would be one of my favourite things and somehow I'd figure out how to make a cashmere blanket from it so I could cloak myself in it's gloriousness.

Best montage of our time? Best actor of our time? Or just someone with deep rage issues?

Ok, today we've got Russian thug Prime Minister, Vladimir Putin, performing an impromptu "Blueberry Hill" to a room full of powerful celebrities. Rebekah found the video this morning and there are just so many, many questions. Why "Blueberry Hill"? Why is everyone so happy (Rebekah pointed out that there were probably Russian mercenaries keeping a close watch -- especially over Goldie Hawn)? Why can't Sharon Stone keep time?

This, in my opinion, falls squarely on the hilarious side with a dash of surreal, and a pinch of what the goddamned fuck.

When I was a kid I wanted a Cricket doll more than anything, I had a collection of Barbies and Cabbage Patch Dolls and I used to lock myself in the bathroom and play with the shampoo, conditioner and mouth wash bottles like they were dolls but I don't think I would have ever wanted Little Baby Laughs-a-lot.
