Zachary Quinto has just come out publicly and written this really lovely piece about the suicide of Jamey Rodemeyer and so many other young LGBT people and his own pledge to "live an authentic life of compassion and integrity and action".

It always warms my cockles so when celebrities do actual good things, actually put themselves on the line, actually engage with the public (like when Kanye showed up at Occupy Wall Street and walked around in his gold chains).
